Premiere hates me!

I swear every time i try to use it at home it screws up my footage.  I just had to fix an audio problem right now and its still not cooperating.  Now, thanks little audio issue caused by premiere on my home computer, one of my scenes doesn't have audio.  The video is fine its just missing its audio.  Now I'm pretty ticked off -_-......  Okay now its exporting without showing me that error message so it's now as bad as yesterday, but when it plays the footage slows down and the audio just decides that it's not going to work.  It works perfectly at school, but when I try to do it at home it's an enormous pain in the rear!
