How Pixar Used Moores Law To Predict the Future
*What I didn't know: 1) That Disney executives believed that they could predict the future. 2) That this was put into action when ToyStory came out. **What I found interesting: Disney had been waiting for decades to create Toy Story. They used Morre's Law to predict certain business ventures. ***What I agree with: I do think it's possible to predict what's going to happen in the business world because that's how people can tell which stocks are valuable and which aren't. ****What I found interesting: In the years before the making of Toy Story, Pixar had to make hardware instead of movies because at that time computers were still to slow in order to compute larger files. *****What frustrated me: I could tell that the founders of Pixar seemed very annoyed by the fact that they had to wait so long for the correct technologies.
