Article Review #1

*What I knew already*: that spongebob was going to have a stop motion special.  I saw commercials for it on Nick.  *What i didn't know*: that they started development on it about a year ago in october and that it debuted on CBS a month ago.  And that the people working on the project raised money for a fundraiser in L.A.  *What I liked*: That not only did they talk about Spongebob, but also how each individual that is involved felt about the special.  Spongebob has been one of my favorite cartoons since I was a kid so I'm glad they decided to create a stop motion special for Christmas.  The article also mentions how the demand for stop motion animation has been steadily increasing with work orders drom Nickelodeon, Disney, and Cartoon Network.
